  • Prepare traditional Malay desserts and kueh according to recipes and quality standards
  • Handle ingredient preparation and daily production
  • Ensure consistency, taste, and presentation of products
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
  • Monitor stock and report shortages when necessary
  • Follow food safety and health regulations
  • Minimum Diploma in any field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience preparing traditional Malay desserts and kueh
  • Able to work day or night shifts
  • Responsible, committed, and able to work independently
