Job Description
- Prepare traditional Malay desserts and kueh according to recipes and quality standards
- Handle ingredient preparation and daily production
- Ensure consistency, taste, and presentation of products
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
- Monitor stock and report shortages when necessary
- Follow food safety and health regulations
Job Requirement
- Minimum Diploma in any field
- Minimum 1 year of experience preparing traditional Malay desserts and kueh
- Able to work day or night shifts
- Responsible, committed, and able to work independently
