• Building maintenance & repair
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical & plumbing issues
• Preventive maintenance & inspections
• Respond to maintenance requests
• Work with vendors & contractors
📋 Customer Service Job Scope:
• Handle customer enquiries & complaints
• Manage information counter
• Assist with mall promotions & events
• Promote loyalty programme/app
• Assist with redemptions & customer services
